Greetings! I am Ricardo Dollander , the face and heart of this property management company in Panama.

I was born and raised in the San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City, where I lived for over four decades. For the past 30 years, I have worked in sectors such as customer service, advertising, mortgage banking, and real estate for national and international companies, which gave me a solid foundation in organization, customer service, and, above all, problem-solving.

My way of working has always been practical,

straightforward, and focused on finding real solutions.

In early 2025, my family and I made a decision that marked a turning point in my life: we moved to the District of Chame, in the province of Panama Oeste, in search of a quieter life, more connected to nature, the ocean, and the mountains.

How Playa y Campo - Property Management started

Living in the Pacific beach area of Panama is where I became aware of a very common reality: many beach and countryside homes—especially those owned by people who live in the city or abroad—are left unattended due to lack of time, distance, or local support.

I saw valuable properties that were not receiving proper maintenance and were also missing opportunities for vacation rentals or sales.
Out of this real need, my property management project in Panama was born.

My family and my life in this area are an essential part of my commitment to the community and to every property I manage. For me, each home I take care of is not just a property—it is an investment, a life project, and very often a place full of personal meaning for its owners.
